Conner Dray was raised in the Midwest, in a family with nine kids. His parents owned a year round family landscaping business. Conner was raised to work hard and to maintain good customer service. He learned that the customer is who makes a business thrive. He knows that taking the time to meet the customer’s needs is essential in a successful business. Conner ran the family company for 8 years. In that time, he married a Florida girl who born and raised in Pace.

Conner Dray has been self employed and in customer service field for years. He has always had a fascination for real estate. He’s thrilled to now be apart of the Salter Company family. Conner is excited to help others make their dreams become a realty - whether that’s growing their business or purchasing their new home.

Conner and his wife live in Pace with their three sons. In his free time, he volunteers at his local church, helps coach his son’s soccer team, spends quality time with his family, and competes in triathlons.
