EMERGENCIES

 

 
 

Some issues may arise that require immediate attention.  In this situation, a written Request for Service is not necessary.  This situation only exists during an emergency.  Emergencies are defined below.  In the case of an emergency, please follow these instructions:
 
During Normal Business Hours:
During business hours, immediately contact The Salter Company, Inc. Customer Service Department at (310) 473-9925.
 
After Business Hours or On Weekends or Holidays:
If an emergency occurs after normal business hours, please contact Cal Building Maintenance Industries, Inc. (CBMI) at (310) 297-2737.

Please note that CBMI will only respond to legitimate emergencies, as defined below.  If you still request that they repair a non-emergency issue after normal business without following the procedures for submitting a Request for Service, you will be responsible for paying their bill at the time of service and The Salter Company, Inc. will not be held liable for reimbursement of these repairs.
