Rhonda is a life-long resident of Pace community, a graduate of Pace High School and Pensacola State College. She has a heart for helping people with many years of experience serving the community in the medical field. Rhonda maintains the Salter Company's values of hard work, integrity, and to building trust and relationships with each client.

Rhonda likes to garden in her free time, as well as cook with what she grows. With a secondary real esate on the Alabama River, she loves making memories with her grandkids, friends, and family.
